To find out what the future holds: take a look inside the book . . .
The first chapter of World Without Winter is available right here for you to read,
so you can page through it yourself—but there's a few things you should know first. The story begins about 30 years AFTER the ice caps have melted, so some of the
characters you're about to meet will have no recollection of what our world is like. Later in the book, the main character flashes back to his childhood when the sea level
was rapidly rising, so you get to witness how that all played out then. That should give you some perspective on how far in the future I'm about to take you.
